Lazy - unprofessional - overpriced. Inconsistent pricing, incorrect information. Terrible customer service. Very limited color options and the polishes I picked were either empty or dried out and the application was so lumpy, uneven and has bubbles. I had to micromanage to get the shape correct and even out all my nails and the finishing on the cuticles is super rough. No oil, no care, charge extra for “wet scrub” for my feet - what is a pedicure for then!? I got cut by the nail tech in 4 places, she had to put alcohol to disinfect it. I went because I thought the reviews were good but its legitimacy. The staff seem are friendly but the service was really bad and unprofessional. This was supposed to be my birthday set, Im super sad and super disappointed, I feel fooled by the reviews :( EDIT: After my review, they were sincerely apologetic and offered a full refund and to redo my service which I really appreciate and is a very kind gesture. EDIT 2: I contacted them a week later when I was free and they stopped replying :) No refund and no desire to redo the service. Scam salon fr.
I go to Zulya Salon, and Hira is an extremely professional lady. She did my waxing, lashes, blow-dry, and lamination, and everything was amazing. I will definitely go back to Hira because I really like the way she works—she understands exactly what I want and delivers it perfectly. It’s not always easy to explain what you want, but Hira handles it very smartly and gives you exactly the results you’re looking for. I highly recommend Zulya Salon and their team. All the staff are very kind and professional. The salon is very clean, and I love the environment and overall atmosphere. The salon owner is also a very lovely lady. I’m very happy I found this salon.
I had such a great experience at this salon! A big thank you to Iman for my haircut—she did an amazing job and really understood exactly what I wanted. Also, special thanks to her manager Jane for being so kind and professional. My hair turned out perfect, and my nails look absolutely beautiful—very clean and well done. The whole salon has a relaxing atmosphere, and the team is very welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!
They are amazing! The manager, Jane is extremely friendly and she listens to your wants carefully. I always do my nails here and the quality is great — they last over 3 weeks. I also did a lash lift on my Asian straight lashes and the results were amazing. The massage was super relaxing and the staff are very patient. Highly recommended!
