Dubai Med is a comprehensive, curated directory of over 6,800 active medical facilities across the Emirate of Dubai. We've compiled data on hospitals, clinics, specialized dental centers, pharmacies, and laboratories to give residents and visitors a single source of truth for healthcare.
AI-Powered Search & Analysis
Healthcare needs are often specific and hard to filter using traditional dropdowns. Our AI search allows you to describe exactly what you need in plain English — like "pediatric dentist open late near Marina" or "affordable sports physiotherapy".
Behind the scenes, our AI evaluates facilities not just on their names, but on thousands of patient reviews, stated specialties, and historical performance to find the best match for your specific query.
The DubaiMed Rating
A simple 5-star rating isn't enough when it comes to your health. A clinic with three 5-star reviews shouldn't rank higher than a hospital with thousands of 4.5-star reviews.
The DubaiMed Rating (0-100) is our proprietary quality score, built from public Google review data and each facility's own website. The crowd is the anchor:
- Crowd anchor: A facility's Google star rating, statistically adjusted for review volume — a clinic with a handful of 5-star reviews regresses toward "unknown", while thousands of consistent reviews earn trust.
- Review volume & recency: How many patients have reviewed the facility, and how recently.
- AI reading of the evidence: Our AI reads the available review text and website, and can only nudge the crowd anchor within a bounded band — it can never override what thousands of patients say.
- Review-authenticity checks: Facilities whose reviews look gamed (near-identical wording, keyword-stuffed names) are discounted.
To be transparent: the reviews we analyse are Google reviews — public data — not reviews independently verified by Dubai Med. The rating measures reputation signals, not clinical outcomes, and it is not a medical or regulatory assessment.
DHA licensing — the official trust signal
Healthcare facilities and practitioners in Dubai are licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The DubaiMed Rating complements — but never replaces — official licensing: before choosing a provider, you can verify any facility or practitioner in the official DHA medical directory. Every place page on Dubai Med links to it.
