Their support truly made a difference and reflects a high standard of patient-centered care. A very special appreciation to the pharmacist (Alex Pharmacy team, unfortunately I do not know her name) for going above and beyond by arranging the required medicines to be delivered from Sharjah hospital to Ajman. Ensuring that the medication was delivered around 12:00 midnight demonstrates an extraordinary level of dedication and commitment to patient care. I would also like to sincerely thank the delivery staff member who waited outside our door without ringing the doorbell, thoughtfully avoiding any disturbance while the family was sleeping. This small but considerate gesture truly touched us. Overall, the level of service, care, and support my family received was far beyond our expectations. We are extremely grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern for patients and their families. Please convey my appreciation and thanks to everyone involved.
