DubaiMed AI Analysis

Reviews are mixed: a couple of patients praise a specific trainer (Omama) and report good progress with EMS sessions, but multiple recent 1-star reviews allege serious reliability, hygiene and customer-service problems (closures, no communication, equipment failures, no refunds). There is no website or public credentials available in the evidence provided, so information is limited and inconsistent.

Best For

Patients seeking EMS-focused, short-duration coached sessions who prioritize working with a specific trainer but are prepared to verify current operation and responsiveness first.

Pros

  • Multiple reviews name a specific trainer (Omama/Omamma) who provided personalized EMS training and reported measurable progress
  • Some patients found the short EMS sessions effective and the coach responsive and patient

Considerations

  • Several 1-star reviews report persistent equipment malfunctions, poor hygiene of suits, and insufficient facilities
  • Multiple complaints about poor customer service: unresponsiveness, unexpected closure, missed classes and no refunds

Detected Specialties

While a few reviewers praise a particular trainer and positive outcomes, multiple recent 1-star reports describe major operational failures (closures, no communication), equipment and hygiene problems, and lack of refunds or response. Absence of website/credentials further lowers trust, so the overall rating is driven down despite some good trainer-level feedback.

I enrolled in a class and paid for a one month subscription. On December 3rd, 2025, we were informed that the branch would close for a few days, then later told it would remain closed until early January 2026. Since then, they have completely disappeared. There has been no communication, no clarification, and no accountability. The manager, Mariam, is not responding to WhatsApp messages or phone calls, and the call center is unreachable. I paid for a monthly subscription and received nothing in return ... no classes and no refund. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Please be careful and do not waste your money at this place.

My experience at this center has been consistently disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share the issues clearly: 1. Lack of Stability and Professional Training There is a constant lack of trainer availability, and frequent changes in trainers severely disrupt the training quality and consistency. 2. Poor Equipment Condition The EMS devices and accessories are old, worn out, and often stop working mid-session. I’ve had to pause training multiple times just to fix or reattach parts. 3. Insufficient Facilities Compared to Other Centers There are no basic wellness facilities such as sauna, steam room, or swimming pool, which are standard in many other EMS centers with similar pricing. 4. Inadequate Changing Room The changing room is very basic with no lock, offering little to no privacy. 5. Worn-Out Accessories The straps and EMS pads are in poor condition and should have been replaced long ago. 6. Uncooperative Management Attempts to raise concerns or find solutions were met with minimal cooperation, making the overall experience even more frustrating. 7. Frequent Trainer Absence There were multiple times when no trainer was available at all, which makes it impossible to benefit from the sessions. Overall, this center falls far below expectations. I would not recommend signing up until they address these issues and significantly improve the quality of their services and facilities.

A very good place for Ems sessions, especially to mention how much Ms. Omamma is a fantastic trainer! Her knowledge of workouts is excellent, and she created a personalized plan that really worked for me. She's polite, responsive, and always available. Thanks to her, I've made great progress on my health journey. Highly recommend!"

I have started with Zone 20 EMS almost a month ago. Coach - Omama Siddiqui has been exceptional in ensuring I get the best out of the 20 min sessions. I have started to see some progress and also thanks for her patience in helping us throughout every session. Highly recommended anyone who would like to work with someone dedicated like Omama.

Horrible place, horrible customer service. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They don’t have a female trainer even though they promised to have one for private sessions. The devices always have issues and don’t function properly. The suits are not washed enough times they stink. The management lacks professional skills, they don’t get back to customers, complaints are dismissed and disregarded. They promise you they are open from 8 am to 10 pm but they actually start operating after 10-11 am and many times the trainer is late to come open the gate and start the class. Very bad experience I don’t recommend at all.
