As someone who's tried yoga numerous times but never truly connected, the instructors here were a game-changer. Their energy is palpable, making each session transformative. But the experience doesn't end on the mat. Their café is an absolute gem, boasting a delightful variety of vegan and healthy food and drink options that are as nurturing as their yoga classes. Been in this place like twice this month and the shop is a wonderful place to kill time. Had to try the coffee's and and i been going back for their pastries - personal reco is the PB oat cookies.
Super cute healthy cafe that is also a yoga studio, many vegan options and delicious desserts plus drinks. The vibes are immaculate and i would totally recommend coming here for a girls day.
