I had a great experience at the clinic today. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful, and the appointment process was smooth. I met with Sumaya, the skin care specialist, for a facial cleansing, and she was professional and friendly. I'm really happy with the results! Thanks to Sumaya and the team for such great service
I’ve been doing my facials with somaya for the past 2 years and I can confidently say that she was the reason of the transformation of my skin. My mom have been doing her facials with her before that and she suggested the clinic to me, and I have told my 3 of my friends about it and they all loved it and I’ve seen their skin transform too. Worth it!
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that patient care and professionalism were not a priority. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist and the therapist. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and instead of handling the situation with understanding or professionalism, the therapist spoke to me in an unacceptably rude and condescending manner. I did not feel respected and i am not going again.
The receptionist talks back. My sister had an appointment 10:30 she walked in 4 mins late and they cancelled it for her it’s now 11:11 and no one even came to update us. I refuse to beleive that they cancel on patients if they are late even less than 5 minutes. 0 customer care and no manners
Very rude and un behavior therapist. I felt so un happy with therapist attitude, and felt so bad after the treatment. Kindly give your therapists a workshop in how to deal with the customers.
