I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of products used at this salon. I paid a high price expecting professional results, but what I received was the complete opposite. Within a very short time, my nails started lifting and peeling off. As shown in the photo, the coating is already separating from the natural nail, the edges are uneven, and the overall finish looks poorly applied and unsealed. Instead of strong, healthy-looking nails, mine now appear damaged, weak, and poorly maintained. This clearly reflects either low-quality products or unprofessional technique — or both. For the amount of money charged, this result is completely unacceptable. A reputable salon should never deliver work that deteriorates this quickly. I feel like I wasted my money on a service that not only failed to last, but actually left my nails in worse condition than before. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they expect quality, hygiene, and professionalism.

The best salon in Dubai! I got an amazing manicure and pedicure, the polish was very high quality and lasted for a month and a half! I also got a massage - I really enjoyed it too, thank you so much! I will be happy to come back!
My experience with Ziedas was unfortunately very bad. I booked an appointment for eyelashes and a haircut, and in my WhatsApp message I clearly described the haircut I wanted and stated that I have short hair. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was told that no one was able to cut short hair. The only person who can do it would be available again tomorrow. This is embarrassing for such a renowned salon. Total disappointment — I am really angry about this service and the wasted time.

The ambiance was welcoming, the salon aesthetic is beautiful, but the little touches like chocolates with your coffee&tea , personalised water , and the incredibly friendly staff made the whole visit such a special treat.
