I’m writing this review because this clinic truly deserves two thumbs up. From the moment I arrived last April 9/26 morning, the experience was excellent. The Filipina receptionist was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. The lady doctor was professional, kind, and attentive. She took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel well taken care of. I also want to commend the nurse named Anu who performed my blood test. She was very gentle and skilled—I honestly didn’t feel anything during the procedure. Overall, the staff were professional, caring, and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and a pleasant medical experience

I had a mixed experience at this clinic. The doctor was excellent — very professional, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. The diagnosis was clear, and the prescribed medication was appropriate and helpful. I truly appreciate the doctor’s professionalism and medical care. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was very disappointing. There was a significant delay in responses and a clear lack of follow-up regarding my request. A mistake was made by the customer service team, and they refused to correct it despite multiple follow-ups. Because of this error, the insurance company rejected the medication approval. I contacted the clinic daily for an entire week, but the issue was never resolved. While the medical care itself was very good, the customer service experience needs serious improvement, especially in communication, accountability, and coordination with insurance providers.

Just wanted to submit a new review since I had worse experience with them. They asked to do the thyroid test and they said that it's not covered by the insurance even though I asked several times before agreeing to do it and they confirmed that it's not covered, so we had to pay for it since it was important. But the following day after checking with the insurance company they informed that the thyroid test is covered by my insurance but the clinic did not even send a request. Very disappointed because I had much better experience in this clinic before. Not going to visit it anymore

While on a Dubai trip, I fell sick and visited Zen Life Clinic for consultation. Dr. Roshna Nasreen took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Her professionalism and compassionate care truly made a difference. Miss Jancy was also friendly and professional. She helped me feel relaxed, and showed genuine care. I felt much better within a day of taking the prescribed medicines. Thank you Dr.Roshna and Jancy, very happy with the overall experience!! Highly recommend!
