I had a very disappointing first visit to this Clinic and would not recommend it based on my experience. Before booking, I specifically called to confirm if a doctor consultation was available, and I was told “yes.” However, when I arrived at the clinic, there was no greeting, no smile, and the receptionist had a very rude attitude. I was then told that there was no doctor available for consultation and that they “cannot guarantee treatment.” I was also informed that after the first session, I as the patient would need to decide how many sessions I require, which is unprofessional and concerning. The receptionist further stated that she is “the manager, supervisor, and everything” in the clinic, which came across as dismissive.As a manger or supervisor position even she don't know how to spell her name ,which I heard is MAEN. Overall, the attitude was unprofessional, the clinic was empty with no other patients, and there was an unpleasant smell in the premises. With this level of service and lack of clear medical guidance, I cannot recommend this clinic. It was a waste of time.

They turned out absolutely beauty—full, natural-looking, and exactly what I was hoping for. A huge thank you to Huyen for her incredible attention to detail and warm, professional service. It was my first time visiting Zang Beauty Dubai Branch and unfortunately, my first experience was very disappointing. The receptionist needs proper training in customer service. The receptionist was RUDE!! There was no greeting, no smile, and no welcoming attitude. she did not handle my concern professionally, there was no apology or even a simple acknowledgment. Being a receptionist is not only about managing appointments or explaining services. it also involves handling clients with respect, empathy, and good customer service.
I visited dubai branch near union, with my friend and we did lip spray , i recomend them because all the staff there is very accomodating, and can comunicate to you very well, good service honestly, will come back soon again.
