I went to Zamzam pharmacy Alqouz branch near Alameed mall to buy some medicines. I was attended by pharmacist Ms.Roshni. I found her extremely kind & professional. She is down to earth personality who really understand patients problems and advised very professionally with excellent customer service. While attending simultaneously I noticed she was advising a female patient and she throughly in detail explain prescription and asked the patient if she need any help she shouldn’t hesitate to contact her. I highly recommended to take care of such good staff & keep them motivating by some kinds of rewards. Once again thank you Ms.Roshni
