This was my second visit, as during my first visit I received exceptionally good treatment from a lady doctor. However, this time we consulted a doctor named Ahmed. From the very beginning, he seemed disturbed to see me, possibly because it was a Friday and we arrived around 11:45 AM. I was suffering from a severe headache, cold, and intense ear pain due to a sinus infection. I had already tried all home remedies, and on the third day, I decided to visit the doctor. Unfortunately, he only prescribed vitamin tablets, a vitamin pill, and ear drops, which were not helpful at all. I am writing this review while still in pain. I am giving 2 stars, only considering the staff. They were truly great—very supportive, attentive, and helpful. However, at the end of the day, I did not receive proper treatment from the doctor. As I do not have insurance, the consultation cost came directly from my own expenses, and I am still unable to go to work and had to take leave.

Very fast and efficient service. I came for a medical fitness test for a visa. A staff member approached me immediately, asked how they could help, and I was sent straight to blood test and chest X-ray without waiting. The whole process took no more than 5 minutes. Polite and professional staff. Highly recommended
Dr Susane is an exceptionally good professional who is kind, helpful and knowledgable about various phases of child development. We went there for our child vaccination and got guidance and assistance for treating him with extra care and affection.
