I just want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible impact my sir had on my yoga journey over the past three years. His expertise in Iyengar yoga, with his deep focus on alignment and precision, has helped me build not just strength and flexibility, but also inner awareness and balance. His dedication, patience, and keen attention to detail make every class a meaningful experience. He has taught me to listen to my body, challenge my limits mindfully, and stay grounded in the present. Thank you for being such an excellent and inspiring teacher—your guidance has truly been a gift.”

"Words cannot convey the value of Yoga – It has to be experienced." – B.K.S. Iyengar. These words ring so true. Those who have experienced Yoga, carry a deep sense of gratitude toward their guru. My own journey at YOGASUTRA began under the guidance of my guruji, Mr. Ivan, whose profound and comprehensive knowledge of Yoga is nothing short of extraordinary. In today's world, Yoga is often seen as a way to lose weight or cure illnesses, and with so many yoga studios popping up, it has almost become a trend. Many people complete teacher training courses and start teaching, but with Sir, the experience is entirely different. He has helped me understand the true essence of Yoga. He often says, “If you practice Yoga properly, you may not develop six-pack abs, but I can assure you that even in your 80s, you'll be able to bend and tie your shoelaces on your own." This simple explanation captures the essence of Yoga. It’s not about achieving extreme poses or impressing others, but about cultivating strength, flexibility, and independence that will serve you throughout your life. In every class, my mind stays fully engaged, and I am always curious about what new poses we’ll be exploring. I never feel bored. Sir knows each student's capabilities and pushes us according to our individual strengths, guiding us to deepen our practice.

Attending classes at Yoga Sutra with Ivan has been a truly transformative experience. I started attending his classes more regularly post my injury and surgery which led to DVT and Pulmonary Embolism. He has been a game changer in my healing journey and also helped me get over the emotional traumas which arises from these sudden health situations, by being truly hands on. The studio itself is impeccably clean and welcoming, providing the perfect environment for inner exploration and growth. I highly recommend Ivan and Yoga Studio to anyone seeking balance, strength, and peace of mind through the practice of yoga
