Their reception staff are so poor at dealing with people, this is the second time, I live in the palm and I frequently visit yoga la vie, and I had an emergency and requested if I can swap a class with Charan I had booked to the week after, they have deducted the credit and said to me I cannot swap anymore, they have deducted the credit as they didn’t want me to be charged a fee extra for not showing up. How horrible, they lack loyalty to their frequent customers, especially the reception staff, the lady who’s from Africa is very lovely and kind. The other lady is so rude, always so impolite especially being the front for a yoga studio. It’s quite embarrassing. The only reason I did this was because multiple times in the past when the trainers don’t have enough students I’m happy to leave and come when there is a class. How selfish and really poor quality. I have brought so many of my friends to yoga la vie, I will no longer go there, lacks community spirit and ofcourse the rude staff at the front, how sad. She’s also now advising me to complain to class pass if I want my credit back. Ridiculous
nice studio, but while on other classes than yoga there is a variety of teachers like for reformers I do, for yoga it almost always the same teacher, it will be good to have different teachers for yoga especially female one, which is also better for female like me and as most of the time the classes are mostly attended by ladies
I have been going to Melody’s Seremwe classes for 3 months now and she is incredible. She has helped me with a chronic injury, encouraged a positive experience with exercise and challenged me in the best ways. The only feedback I have is that we need more reformer class times with Melody please!!!
If you are looking for a Yoga/Pilates studio when visiting Dubai, this is it!! Conveniently located, walking distance, across from West Beach! A beauitful Studio with incredible, talented trainers/instructors. I booked a few private lessons on the Pilates Reformer with Melody and she was absolutely incredible! She challendged me to reach my goal and helped me understand the fundamentals. I highly recommend! This will be my first stop when I return to Dubai! Thanks to the entire staff for making me feel like family. A beauiful community to belong to! The clothing line Reborn and Rumi, I am inlove with! Thank you for making my trip so special! The muscle burn was worth it!
Don't even think about trying online class! The link was not working and I entered the class finally with 10 minutes delay because they couldn't send me the link although I called them before the class starts. Then I had no idea who is the instructor as I joined late. Quality of the voice was extremely bad that I had to mute it and when informed their team that I can't hear anything properly and the voice is keep cutting off, they said, we can hear it fine here. At the end when they offered me a free session I requested for a refund but surprisingly I got charged again at the same time
