I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel other clients should know what to expect. The first thing that shocked me was the hygiene. Throughout my appointment there were multiple cockroaches visible on the floor. Not one, but several at a time, including larger ones. For a beauty salon, this immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. Unfortunately, the manicure itself was no better. Throughout the service I repeatedly had to point out dust, hairs, uneven application, bumps, flooded cuticles, and other imperfections before the polish was cured. Instead of relaxing, I felt like I had to monitor every nail and ask for corrections constantly. The final shape was uneven, and even my thumbnails ended up noticeably different sizes. Several nails have visible streaks, gaps in coverage, and polish flooding the edges. The overall setup was also surprising. There was no proper manicure table. The manicure was performed using a stained cushion placed on the armrest of a chair, which did not feel professional or comfortable. The salon’s color samples looked old, dusty, and poorly maintained, which did not inspire confidence in the quality of the products or service. What disappointed me most was the response when I shared my feedback ( at the reception and to the owner personally as she seemed so) I politely explained that I was unhappy with the result and would not be returning. I was not looking for compensation — I simply wanted to give honest feedback directly to the salon instead of leaving a public review. Rather than receiving an apology or any acknowledgment of the issues, I was told that “women can be very picky when it comes to beauty”. The impression I was left with was that I was being treated as an overly demanding client rather than someone pointing out legitimate concerns. To make matters worse, the final bill did not seem to add up. The prices listed for my services (mani/pedi gel + removal) totaled AED 425+ VAT , yet I was charged AED 493 despite having no nail art or additional treatments. I cannot say whether this was an error, but no explanation was provided. I will now need to visit another salon and pay again to have this manicure corrected before my trip. I have had manicures in many countries, including Europe and Asia, and unfortunately this was the poorest salon experience I have personally had. I am attaching photos so everyone can judge the quality for themselves.

If I could give 0 stars, I’d give it. I am very disappointed with the pricing and quality of the services this “beauty salon” is offering. I was charged AED 357 for a French gelish manicure, but the results do not justify the cost.I asked for a French manicure from the start, but was told mid-service that they were out of the base coat. While an alternative was found, my nails were over-filed and damaged. Worse, I was charged AED 140 just for removal, which is incorrect because I had standard gelish, not hard gel as per their price list explanation. They told me that will give me back AED 100 the next day, which didn’t happen. If they are going to charge premium prices, the service needs to match but that’s not the case here.

THE BEST SALON IN DOWNTOWN! There is no other salon here close by that comes near to their hospitality. I come every two weeks for Halima for my nails she's the best I always get french or french chrome it lasts so long!

Yasna Beauty is amazing! They’re super professional and really care about making you feel your best. Trina always welcome very warmly and she do best pedicure .The treatments are high-quality, and the whole experience feels so luxurious. Definitely worth checking out!
