I really enjoyed my hydrafacial. I felt the therapist made me feel relaxed and comfortable as well as explaining all the steps. She also gave me recommendations to try. She really was so sweet. My skin felt brighter and glowy. I will definitely be back in August to have another.

I visited your clinic recently and would like to raise a serious concern regarding my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception handling was not professional. While I initially overlooked this, the situation became more concerning during the consultation. The doctor spent less than a minute assessing my case before sending me for an X-ray. The X-ray process itself was highly unprofessional — it was conducted outside the treatment room, and the staff handling the equipment appeared unfamiliar with how to operate it. I was kept waiting and asked to repeatedly reposition for approximately 15 minutes, only to be told that the machine was not working and that I should return the following day. This is unacceptable, particularly for a patient who is in pain and had already scheduled the appointment in advance. It reflects a lack of preparation, coordination, and basic patient care standards.
I came for laser hair removal. Ella is super ! She is taking time to explain the process before and after and make you feel comfortable. Thank you !
