I visited the spa during my visit in Dubai last week of September. Review is very average due to various reasons as below. - Location was not easy to find as maps directed to the road nearby. - We called many times when we got there to confirm the location and had no answer. - Massage was very very average and my therapist was quite rude - I booked a full body massage using oil. She started off with nothing and when I asked if she wasn’t going to use oil after about 15mins and her reply was, “do you want?” So I asked how they do usually to which she asked very rudely “do you want or not?” - The massage ended about 10mins before time. (We booked one hour) - There was a complimentary foot massage on offer and for that they took us to a chair on which we had to wait about 10mins till the therapists got ready. - The therapists at the foot massage was having such loud conversations that we could not relax at all. Overall, not such a great place if you’re looking for a relaxing good massage.
Went for a massage a few days ago and had a bad experience. The massage was extremely painful even though it was supposed to be a “relaxing massage”, and even when I told the masseuse to be gentle, she wasn’t. The people who worked there were also very unfriendly. The massage left me in pain afterwards.
A wonderful place for relaxation. Masseur Nuru provide amazing service. She very nice and kind. She gave the best massage . Deserve the place for massage neat clean ,nice ambience
Helloo just visited west wellness spa 2 days back and I must say once you go with the therapist SOFIA she is very much friendly and the best messenger I had ever visited I was here for some day's and last day I visited so I just miss her once must must try and about the spa very well mentioned and hygiene guy's must try this spa and of course the therapist SOFIA.💛thanks 😊
