Unfortunately, my experience with Wellth was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After paying for treatment, I requested a refund due to issues with the service and because I no longer wished to continue. Instead of handling the matter fairly or professionally, the clinic simply hid behind a signed consent form and refused any reasonable solution. Throughout the process, I experienced delays, avoidance, and zero customer care. A consent form should not be used as an excuse to completely ignore patient concerns or basic consumer rights. I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think carefully before making payments upfront. Professionalism and customer care matter just as much as the treatment itself, and sadly my experience reflected neither.

Gouri at reception made the entire process effortless with her warmth and attentiveness, from my first call to the moment I left. A perfect example of how “wellth” in every sense can be delivered with care and professionalism.
I had an amazing experience at Wellth by Medcare. I opted for the ayurveda treatment and the therapist Ms Vasantha was completely out of the world. Her massage was to the point and after each massage o felt my body became light. Her massage is like none i have experienced till date. Grateful to her and Dr Suresh for the extravagant experience.
