I can’t recommend Wellnest enough. I originally went in for sports therapy because I thought I had a shoulder issue, Tugberk could immediately identify that it was actually part of a much broader problem connected to my scapula. That level of expertise me confidence immediately. Since then, I’ve had multiple sessions, and I genuinely feel improvement every single time. What I appreciate most is that he hasn't just help relieve the pain, he also gave me a clear roadmap and exercises to follow as a daily at home routine to strengthen the area properly and address the root cause, not just the symptoms. On top of that, their infrared sauna facility is absolutely incredible. It has become my go to to decompress, relax, and reset. The staff are brilliant. After only a few visits, they made me feel so welcome that I honestly feel like part of the Wellnest family. At this point, it feels like my second home. The sauna was such a nice experience, they have multiple modes and different programs like weigh loss, relaxation, have lots of services like Netflix or music in the sauna, as well as a shower afterwards and refreshing drinks throughout. The staff was really kind especially Snow who was very welcoming. Amazing experience
