Amazing gym with an amazing staff. Many equipments and a very nice restaurant for meals, breakfast etc. I found a very good coach named Leo, who taught me some new exercises for chest. We grabbed a coffee together while he was giving me some ideas of diet for muscle definition. Overall, the best gym in Dubai for me. Even the ambience/the view is nice. Well recommended for sure!

WHGym Science Park is honestly the best gym l've been to. I've been a member since 2022, starting at the IBN Battuta branch for 3 years. Then I switched to the DSP branch because it's closer to my house, and DSP is super amazing. The equipment is great, but the staff make it 10/10. Ate Jen gave me a great option and convinced me to sign up at this new location. Wan at the front desk is always so welcoming and approachable. Joshua is super helpful, jolly, and makes everyone happy and energized. Robin keeps the place spotless and organized. l've noticed the staff are always checking if machines are free, fixing things quickly, and making sure everyone's okay. A Multi-Million Dirham Gym Run Like a Neglected Public Facility Warehouse Gym – Science Park is a million-dollar facility with what may be the worst gym management on earth. Despite its size, equipment, and branding, the reality is shocking: this place is dirty, neglected, and visibly deteriorating by the week. For AED 800 per month, the hygiene standards are an absolute disgrace. Hygiene & Facilities (Completely Unacceptable): • Showers and changing rooms are consistently filthy. Floors are often covered with rubbish, used towels, plastic bottles, and waste. This is not a one-off issue—it is a daily reality. • Sauna is an absolute mess. On multiple occasions, I have found used towels, food waste, and plastic bottles left on the floor. This is a health and safety failure, not just poor housekeeping. • Steam room has been non-functional for almost a year. A premium gym that cannot fix a steam room for nearly 12 months clearly has no effective operations or maintenance team. • Lockers are largely dysfunctional. Many do not work properly, which is unacceptable at this price point. Operational Collapse: The cleaning and operations setup makes no sense. Staff are often overcrowded around sink areas that do not require constant attention, while critical hygiene zones—showers, saunas, steam rooms, and changing areas—are abandoned. The result is a disgusting environment that no premium gym member should ever be exposed to. Management Failure: What is most alarming is the total indifference from management. Team leaders, supervisors, and operational management appear to simply not care. Complaints lead nowhere. There is no ownership, no urgency, and no visible corrective action. This facility is not being maintained—it is being run into the ground. If this level of neglect continues, the gym will be effectively destroyed within months. Final comment : Warehouse Gym Science Park is a premium-priced gym delivering sub-standard, unhygienic conditions. It has world-class potential but is crippled by incompetent management and broken operations. Paying AED 800 a month for this level of neglect is unacceptable. Until management takes hygiene, maintenance, and accountability seriously, this gym does not deserve its members or its reputation.

I’ve been training at the Science Park branch of Warehouse Gym, and my experience has been excellent. The facility is always clean, well-maintained. A special mention goes to Coach Gabby, whose friendly spirit, positive attitude, and professionalism make a real difference. He is always approachable, encouraging, and willing to help members improve their technique and reach their fitness goals. His energy creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. The entire team contributes to a great training environment, and I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a gym that combines quality facilities with outstanding customer service.

I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff are always helpful. A special mention to Josh at reception, who is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. He always greets members with a smile and goes out of his way to assist whenever needed. His positive attitude makes a real difference and helps create a great environment at the gym. Highly recommended!
