Very convenient if you work in the building. It isnt very big but covers all aspects needed for weight training and cardio. The staff are friendly and my experience with PT has been very effective. Another major advantage is that it is never very packed, which allows you to get your workout done in the preferred time!

The gym is relatively small, old and looks dirty, but it does its purpose. Its where i go if i dont have time to go somewhere else, which is fare The staff there is usually nice and polite, EXCEPT ONE SHORT HAIR lady who usually behind the counter at the closing time. IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN DUBAI…. BY FAR I HATE GOING TO THIS GYM MAINLY CAUSE I DONT WANNA DEAL WITH HER
I am consistently pleased to renew my membership, and the entire staff consistently demonstrates exceptional accommodation. Furthermore, the gym consistently maintains a quiet and clean environment.
