I booked a surprise couples treatment for my wife, and Alyssa, Jenny & Teresa made it absolutely magical. The room was beautifully decorated with a newlywed sign and balloons. The couples massage was amazing, Jenny and Teresa looked after both of us attentively, they made sure we were comfortable, and happy throughout our session. The massages are to die for, me and my wife both fell asleep, the ultimate compliment to Jenny and Teresa's skills.
I had the most luxurious experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa on Palm Jumeirah. The Gold Hammam left my skin glowing, and the NEOM De-Stress Massage by Sandra and Kimi was pure magic. Their care, attention, and energy helped me fully relax and unwind. Truly a 5-star spa – elegance, serenity, and results. Highly recommend!
Relaxing cosy spa at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm. The spa is separate for ladies and gents. It is complementary for the hotel guests, but you still need to reserve the time slot. The spa has a steam room, sauna, relaxation lounge with comfortable water beds, and a small jacuzzi tub. There is no large indoor swimming pool inside the spa. The spa facilities are neat and clean, and the staff is welcoming. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Fantastic choice at the buffet breakfast with very friendly and caring service. The hotel is grand, classy, and traditional. In is less of a hipsters hotel, but more suitable for festive occasions like weddings etc. There is a nice beach side by the hotel with the sunset beach bar in tropical style, which is great for relaxing afternoon chill-time.
I had the most amazing experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa. My therapist, Rahayu was amazing, very professional and took my expectations into her hands. I had a 90 mins hot stone massage and it was truely wonderful just what I needed to relax. It was an unforgettable experience I had and would highly recommend to everyone wanting to come here 😊 thank you Rahayu once again, you truely are brilliant at what you do and I would not hesitate to book again! My second time coming to the spa here at Waldorf and I love the spa it felt so luxurious, I love their jacuzi and sleeping on the water bed haha also the staff were so friendly and the receptionist was so sweet n kind to talk to, will be coming back again when I'm in Dubai :)
