I had problems with both of my hearing aids and went to Venna Trading LLC for reprogramming. They did an excellent job! The staff was very professional, and both Mrs. Haya and Mrs. Hadir were extremely kind and helpful. Mrs. Haya reprogrammed my Phonak hearing aids very nicely according to my needs and explained everything about my hearing issues clearly. Mrs. Hadir at the reception was also very polite, warm, and supportive throughout my visit, which made the whole experience comfortable. Venna Trading LLC truly has great expertise, with over 20 years of experience in Phonak hearing aids. I’m very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable hearing aid support. Mr. Anas is an excellent audiologist, who helped us get the best and most suitable hearing aids for my father. He listened to us very carefully, provided us with very helpful advice, and was very gentle and kind in his medical assistance on this case. He made us feel very comfortable and we got the most prompt and seamless treatment for our case, for which we are very grateful to him. First of all I would like to express my sincere appreciation / thank to Vienna Trading Hearing Aid especially Mr Emad and Ms Saji . I have rich long experience with Vienna since August 2023 as I have two child having moderate to severe hearing loss. Initially in 2023 we started with Phonak NAIDA P90-up four sets for my child with excellent experience with Dr Emad. Vienna staff dedicated, experienced, welcomed and professional. Along with past years we didn’t have any issues for after sell service and routine repair and maintenance. In Feb 2026 with support of Vienna and Ms Saji we have another level of experience with successful cochlear implant of both child’s ( Right side ) with the support and execution of Al Gasmi Hospital in Sharjah . Ms Saji supports us a lot for understanding the benefit of cochlear until the selection of company finalized by the model. She also keep following with us with hospital , even she attended the surgery and it was quite emotional situation to my family since I have two childs attending the surgery one after another. In addition to that she extend her support from operation/surgery and up-to-date. Resulting to that and since switch on the cochlear we have a notified progress of hearing of my both child’s throughout the programing and fine tuning sessions. I think Vienna offering tremendous quality devices / service through out their long lasting experience since their establishment in 1970s and it is trusted and recommended
