This is one of those places , where you can blindly book any specialist, and get an incredible result every time! The hair, always a Bob and always with Mazen, and it was an incredible experience! Skilled but also very thoughtful, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and the result was even better than I had imagined. The salon’s ambiance is always so relaxing, and they truly go above and beyond to make their clients feel special. They offered me my favorite matcha drink along with some delicious sweets during my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch services and a touch of luxury in every visit!
I had such a great experience at the Vernie salon at buisness bay 🤍 The hair service was amazing — they did a nourishing hair mask, perfect blow dry, and styled my hair into beautiful curls that lasted so well. I do not recommend this salon for hair color services. I did highlights with Osama several times. The first appointment was successful, but unfortunately the following visits were a major disappointment. The second highlight session resulted in uneven color, unwanted orange tones, and multiple shades throughout my hair. To correct the issues, a large amount of toner had to be applied, and I was advised to wait another month before attempting further highlights. Since then, I have had to visit multiple professionals to try to fix the color and repair the condition of my hair. The process has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive. I gave several chances because I wanted to trust the stylist, but the final result left me very unhappy. Based on my personal experience, I would not return, and I would not recommend this service to others looking for professional highlight work.
