I visited this massage center today for a 1-hour deep tissue Thai massage. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The session started well, but during the massage the therapist asked if I wanted additional services. After I politely declined and explained that I only wanted the massage service I booked, the attitude and professionalism noticeably changed. The massage session also ended after approximately 45 minutes instead of the full 1 hour that I paid for. When I raised this concern with the receptionist, the response was not satisfactory and the issue was not properly addressed. I paid 262 AED for the service, but based on my experience, the quality and professionalism did not reflect the price charged. I hope management improves customer service, therapist professionalism, and consistency in service duration for future customers.
I don't have words for bad service and staff don't no how to speak with customer, the therapist first start talking for extra services when I refused then she start for tip , when I didn't respond then she start very rudely. I didn't recommend this spa very bad experience with them .
I highly recommend this Spa because has good ambience, staffs are professional of doing massage.

Very bad experience for african lady therapist!so rude!first i'm not satisfied for her massage!like no energy second she doesn't want to do my head massage even my toe.although i paid for my service!!!instead she did her work she's continuing shouting and argument with the customer!please briefing your african therapist for her behaviour!
