What stood out most was his professionalism and respect for hygiene. Everything was clean, organized, and done properly without any rush. He also took the time to explain the process clearly, which I appreciated. Overall, it felt like a premium, hassle-free experience from start to finish. If this is the standard Valeo Health operates at, they’re doing things right.

An HbA1c result provided by this lab was significantly inconsistent with multiple previous verified reports and did not match the patient’s clinical history at all. Even after raising serious concerns regarding possible sample or processing error, the response focused on offering a consultation rather than addressing the core issue: laboratory accuracy and quality control. They supported me greatly, reassured me, and made me feel comfortable during a time when I really needed care and guidance. I would especially like to mention Supervisor Batoul, who is truly outstanding. She is extremely polite, professional, and attentive, with excellent communication and continuous follow-up, which made a big difference in my overall experience. After placing my order, I messaged them on WhatsApp to add an extra test, they responded quickly and confirmed my time slot. Nurse Sapana arrived on time, followed proper hygiene (sanitized hands and gloves), and took the blood sample quickly and painlessly. She was also very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I had my blood test done today, so I haven’t received the results yet, but so far the service has been excellent
