I had an excellent experience at United Pharmacy, in Mirdif City Centre Mall. Ms Eshan Taha, the pharmacist, provided service that was truly above and beyond. Her knowledge of medicines, supplements, and their proper functions was exceptional, and she explained everything with clarity, patience, and professionalism. I was also impressed that she recommended further checks, including blood pressure and a full body scan, and arranged for the assistant to take me downstairs for the process. That level of care shows genuine commitment to customer wellbeing, not just sales. Highly recommended. Ms Eshan Taha is a real credit to United Pharmacy.

Fake offers. I wanted to claim the offer on sun block la roche posay as its showing 1+1 free. The staff informed me that the promotion is not available in the system since their company do change the offers and forget to send emails to the branches !! Find it very ridiculous and unprofessional
On 1rst of May 2026, Serious issue: I went in the other day to buy water, labeled with life pharmacy logo, barcode price stuck on the bottle is 1dhs and I was charged 3.99AED. This is an issue to be escalated to the consumer rights.
I want to thank Lea specifically for her assistance, knowledge, patience and guidance. She was very professional and nice to me during my visit. She explained all the products in detail.
