I had arguably the best sample collection experience with Unilabs. My nurse Israa was such a happy spirit, honestly so nice and respectful. And super skilled, almost no blood drop on the cotton ball after the test (never ever to me happened before!)
The best Lab in Dubai. Very smooth interaction, everyone is very friendly and ready for to go the extra mile to satisfy their patients. I Called for an in office collection , Elvira who was extremely nice, proactively arranged for the Nurse to visit within 4 hours, to my surprise the nurse was right on time for the collection. Very impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and patience of Mr Omar. He is very gentle and smiling all the time. Excellent service. Will definitely keep using unilabs and ask for Mr Omar in the future.

A comfortable place with easy dealings with the staff present, and most importantly, the nurse responsible for drawing the blood sample has a light hand and knows exactly what she’s doing, and her name is Swostika. It is also worth mentioning Miss Annab, whose smile was present even before she spoke, with a cheerful demeanor that creates comfort in dealing with her and encourages returning again in the future for any necessary tests.
