I would like to sincerely thank the team at Umm Suqeim Health Center, especially Mr. Muthaher Abdul Salam. My family member and I had to do blood tests, and as we all know, these situations can be stressful. However, Mr. Muthaher handled everything with true professionalism and kindness. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel calm and comfortable. His technique was excellent, honestly, one of the smoothest blood tests I have ever experienced, and I have done many tests and blood donations before. He clearly knows exactly what he is doing. Even when my family member was feeling stressed, he managed the situation very gently and professionally. He even started a light conversation to help distract from the anxiety, which made a big difference. It’s rare to meet someone who combines skill, confidence, and such a warm, reassuring personality. May God bless him with good health and protect his family. Highly recommended.
Honestly wanted to put 0 stars but it wouldn’t work out . Genuinely was the worst experience in my life. 100 % do not recommend going there in any circumstances .went there one time , to get my blood tests done , not only did they and the woman doing my blood test mess up but they also popped my vein in a way where it hurt uncontrollably. The woman made an excuse , wanting to try again or hoping to convince me to get another staff to try on me on the other hand ,she has no experience in these type of Stuff at all and its unacceptable for them and the people around her and other staff members to accept those type of things going on in the hospital . I just wrote this to help and make sure you dont do the same mistake i did thank you bye .
Everything was perfect. When I arrived according to my appointment all I had to do was go to the nurse give her my name and everything went like clock work. No delays no nothing. I was out of the clinic in 30 mins including all tests.

The hospital is very clean and very welcoming but when you enter there is a big step. I hope they fix it very soon. They improve the whole hospital, but they didn’t improve their reception attitudes. The doctors are very helpful and friendly but the reception they need an improvement. I booked two appointments because I have a long procedure and I want to finish everything and the doctor told me that’s no problem. She will finish everything but when I visit I informed them that I need both of the appointments, but she cancelled one of them without telling me. I need to get their names next time because I don’t want to include everybody.
