Dr. Shinde is one of those doctors who immediately puts you at ease. He never overwhelmed me with information but instead explained everything clearly, from the pre-operative assessment to the surgery itself, post-operative care, and the healing process. His calm and positive attitude gave me confidence that everything would go well. The entire experience was wholesome and reassuring. Special thanks to the nurse who assisted me during the surgery. While I was focused on the green light during the procedure, she gently patted my hand, which was incredibly comforting and helped calm my nerves. All the nurses were supportive and attentive throughout my journey. The reception team also deserves recognition. They were always friendly, checked on my condition during every visit, and made sure I understood all my medications and post-operative instructions. *My Post-Op Recovery Experience* -Immediately after the procedure, I could already notice improved vision, although I couldn't properly open my eyes yet. -During the first three days, I experienced blurry vision, eye discomfort, tearing, and sensitivity to light, especially with the hot weather. The discomfort was manageable with Panadol. -By Day 4, my vision became much clearer. I could see properly, although I still experienced mild headaches when exposed to bright environments, possibly due to my previously high astigmatism. -By Day 5, I became more comfortable around indoor lighting and could remove my protective glasses while inside my room. -From Day 6 onward, my vision continued improving every day, although some light sensitivity remained. *Advice for Future PRK Patients* If your work involves sitting in front of a computer all day, I highly recommend following the 20-minute rule; stand up, walk around, and give your eyes regular breaks. If possible, take up to two weeks of leave from work to allow proper healing and reduce eye strain. *Things That Helped Me During Recovery* - Cold beverages -Ice -Ice cream -Frozen fruits Personally, consuming cold drinks and cold foods seemed to help reduce my eye discomfort. On the first day, I took Panadol three times, but after incorporating cold beverages and snacks, I only needed it occasionally when the discomfort became noticeable. I completely stopped taking pain relievers after Day 4.

I had UltraLASIK done here about 10 days ago, and my experience has been excellent so far. The staff have been friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. My procedure was performed by Dr. Shinde, who was very reassuring during all of my appointments and took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. Even after the procedure, I've remained in contact with him during my recovery, which has given me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. My recovery has been progressing very well, and I'm extremely pleased with the care I've received. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser vision correction.
