She is very patient, gentle, and professional, and she always made every visit comfortable. The results are very natural and perfectly suited to my face. I truly appreciate Dr. Joud’s attention to detail, skill, and professionalism, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the procedure. I also want to give special thanks to Nurse Haidee, who assisted Dr. Joud. She is very kind, attentive, and reassuring. She made me feel calm during the procedure, kept checking on me, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her caring attitude really made the experience smooth and stress-free. Was told waiting time is 10 minutes, i waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. My weekend was wasted and i missed my next appointment. Their appointments are a big concern, but Dr. Is good. I don’t think i will come back again as i value my time.
The dr is good BUT waiting time is over 1 hour even if you have an appointment and the time spent with the patient is 1-2 minutes maximum. When i went for my appointment i had to wait over 1 hr while the reception was letting all the medical representatives in before me. When I went for my retouch appointment i waited 1 hour and the dr only saw me for less than a minute and everything was rushed.
I did my orthodontic braces with dr .rami and i’ve had a great experience with him and the entire team which makes every visit comfortable. They truly care about their patients and take pride what they do. Highly recommend them to anyone .
