Started BJJ at the gym mostly for the convenient location, but the class deserves a 5star. Luan, the coach, has immense technical knowledge despite his young age. He has the rare ability to bring people together and create a family out of a bunch of strangers who love being choked out after (or before) work. The beginner classes are short , efficient and technique oriented, while the advance classes are more physical and provide a competitive edge with regular sparring sessions. Additionally, thanks to the morning sessions, 3 daily classes are provided with one subscription on weekdays, with one open mat on Saturdays, the high training volume, quality coaching and faliliar atmoshpere worths the investment.
Honestly, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was getting a membership at this gym. Training here with professional coaches makes a huge difference, especially Coach Stefan. Big thanks to UFC Gym for the great environment and high-quality training. Thank you coach stefan for today a d every day

My experience at UFC Gym Business Bay was honestly disappointing. Considering the monthly membership price, I expected a much higher standard in both service and facilities. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming, and the overall atmosphere often felt more sales-oriented than member-oriented. Customer experience and professionalism could definitely be improved. The gym itself also needs much better maintenance. Several machines were in poor condition, some cable attachments were broken, and cleanliness standards were below what you would expect from a premium-priced gym in Dubai. I was also surprised that towels are not included, which is usually considered a basic service at this price point. Overall, I don’t feel the experience justifies the cost. The brand and concept have potential, but the quality, maintenance, and customer service need significant improvement to match the pricing and expectations.
