I've had the worst service experience here. Dubai's worst medical shop. I bought a zero sulphate shampoo 4 days ago. One staff member (don't want to name him) was polite, but another staff was extremely rude. I used the shampoo once, and it reacted badly, causing hair damage and skin irritation. When I showed my doctor, he said it was a reaction to the shampoo. When I went back, the rude staff argued with me, saying talk to the one who sold it. They lied about the staff's availability and showed no respect. They refused replacement or refund. I discarded the shampoo at their shop. I'm hurt by their customer service, not the money. They open pharmacies without caring about respect. Hope I never have to go back. Al Quoz, Dubai's worst pharmacy (but thanks to Bish, he's nice, unlike the rest). I wish I can give you zero star on this review as u gave me zero sulphate shampoo it reacts me badly @udspharmacyalquoz. Note - Dear all , FYI plz take care of urself go at ur own risk they are not responsible at all .
I had a very good experience at UDS Pharmacy. The staff are very friendly especially (ashik), professional, and always ready to help. They provided excellent assistance and guided me properly with the medicines. The service is quick and reliable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy pharmacy.
