Utter waste SPA! Reception and other staffs are very arrogant and dont know how to deal with customers. I will never recommend for this place. Management has to take a note and give them a proper training before assigning any job responsibilities. Extremely disappointed!!!
***Scam Alert*** These guys are a total scam. They don’t deliver what they promise. They will first take the money ( in cash) the therapist is completely disinterested in doing the service. She keeps looking at the watch and when asked whether she is interested in the service I paid for — She says “ I am just doing my job”. She will ask you if you have an emirates ID , then she will ask if you paid in cash. This is to ensure that you can’t claim a refund and you can’t complain. Her phone was constantly ringing which was very disturbing. When I came out and complained to the desk, they rubbished it. They operate with 2-3 different names and around 8 cell phones. So beware. And I am sure they will reply to my review with an explanation, which will also be false. So don’t get caught in this!
You can tell they truly care about their clients. The massage was healing and deeply relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone needing relief.
The therapist clearly knew what they were doing and took great care throughout. My tension and stress were gone by the end. I can’t wait to go back.
The spa are thugs don't go there, the first thing masseuse says before starting the massage will ask how much tip will you give. They finish the spa under one hour and say its done. Don't waste your money here.The rooms were unhygienic and very dirty.its a very shady place be careful
