This is one of the worst pharmacies you could ever deal with. They gave me the wrong medicine, and when I complained, they simply said there was no problem and that I could take it safely. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone qualified to handle the issue professionally, they said there was no one else available and claimed, “I am the only manager you can speak with.” This is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves medication and customer safety.
When a true doc sending medicine from this pharmacy took more than 3 hours after contacting me just to deliver the order , they don't know how much pain people feel, they just deal with a poor delivery system. The delivery guy went to the mosque then came telling me I'm new here, I don't know the location! In the end he doesn't want to give a change even by checking in his bag showing that he has coins. How come delivery guy doesn't have a change of 10 AED ! In the end telling me the priority is not for you it's for Prayer, even though he is lying and saying I'm new that's why i got lost!
Very poor service
Very Bad service the worst pharmacy i ever dealt with , i consulted the doctor around 8h PM telling him the my fever is around 40 C my hole body is hurting the doctor prescribed antibiotics and other medicine showing that my case is a bit critical the insurance approval came at 8h10 but the medicine reached my house at 10h10 after many phone calls telling them i m not feeling well and the pharmacy is 800 meter far from my house , will not deal with them ever again
