Each time I contacted customer service, I was told that my concern would be escalated, yet no one followed up or provided a resolution. The worst service ever i have called them at 8:05 and asked for tele consultation dr called me back 10;56 pm and has initiated a sick leave for me, no payment link have been received and have received nothing then they told me send us the details on our email and will send you the link i have sent them the details and when have they replied to me ? At 1:27 am saying oh were sorry we can’t initiate a sick leave as its past 12 am . And i have been trying to call them ever since the i sent the email and the reason of the delay “ oh servers are down “ Call center is very bad and saying we cant help you with anything and when i ask who is your supervisor they act very dumb and no we dont know who is our supervisor. They also to told me to pay for the membership so its faster and everything but its all lies and theyre just fraud and not honest . Im complaining about this situation and what theyre doing to higher authorities and would complain about all employees who i spoke to so they know how serious this matter is.
Trudoc requested for MY preferred schedule for blood collection. After giving them the schedule of 7PM, understandably, they REFUSED as they advised that they can only do it between 7:30AM to 3:00PM. So we agreed on THEIR schedule (both date and time), but they REFUSED to come to the provided office location which is in Dubai Hills. We agreed again on THEIR schedule (another date and time) to the provided home location, BUT they FAILED to show up TWICE. And yet Trudoc promotes convenience.
