This was my third Hatha Yoga class with teacher Devesh at this wellness center, and once again it was a truly great experience 🪷 The classes are calm, well-structured, and deeply grounding — exactly what authentic Hatha Yoga should feel like: clear instructions, mindful pacing, and genuine attention to individual needs. Everything feels intentional and safe, from the alignment cues to the breathwork and relaxation. There is a beautiful balance between strength, awareness, and calm, and you leave the class feeling both energized and centered. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend these classes to anyone looking for a high-quality yoga experience in a professional wellness environment.
Really lovely experience doing sound healing yoga, felt so relaxed and can’t wait to do more experiences like this. Thank you! Also Melyn was a pleasure to greet us and her service was amazing and so sweet, see you soon!
Trident Wellness center was love at first site for me! I've done 3 meditation and breath work classes , and Yon Yoga. When you enter the studio, you take off your shoes, the atmosphere is very Shanti vibes, clean , and positive. The ladies checking you in and all the staff are friendly and kind. Shout out to Yogi Baneera, highly recommend her Yin Yoga class. It was my second time ever doing yin yoga, and already she's my favorite instructor! Do yourself a favor and book a session, you won't regret it.
I experienced extremely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from a staff member receptionist named Melain (or Melanie). When I first spoke with her about freezing my membership, she informed me that I could freeze it for two weeks free, and if I wanted to extend further, I would need to pay AED 105. This was confirmed over WhatsApp, and I followed the same procedure. Later, when I contacted them to proceed, I was suddenly told the freeze fee is AED 599. When I sent the screenshot of the earlier agreement, Melain completely dismissed it and became argumentative instead of resolving the issue. When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused outright, saying “No, I will not.” Her tone was sarcastic and hostile, and she made me repeat myself several times in a mocking manner, which I found deeply disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone representing a wellness and meditation facility. It’s clear from other google reviews that many people have had similar experiences with this same receptionist. I know one of the other receptionists who is always professional and kind, but this particular staff member clearly lacks basic customer service skills and respect when communicating with clients. I urge management to address this seriously, as such behavior reflects very poorly on the reputation of the facility.
Candlelight yin yoga session with sound healing… This was my first yin yoga class at Trident Wellness, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was clean and calm and especially our instructor, Fidan, was amazing. Her Yin Yoga session combined with mindfullness practises and especially sound healing made it extra relaxing and special. I left feeling peaceful and totally connected…
