A huge shoutout to my trainer Anthony for recommending this gym—it's been a game-changer. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the atmosphere and positive energy. It's clear that everyone here is focused on their goals, which creates a motivating and supportive community. It's the perfect place to train with a personal trainer. The equipment is excellent, the space is clean, and the vibe is just unmatched. Couldn't recommend it more!
Facilities like shower, WC and changing rooms could be much better. They have just renewed the sauna room which is nice. The gym equipment is good however memberships are a bit pricey. Besides u need 6 months membership to be able to freeze once a year for a period of 30 days max. Music is sometimes annoying and loud. Overall the staff is helpful and welcoming. The venue is very convenient in Dubai Mall but Parking is tricky after 9 am I’d give a rating of 3,5 stars if I could.
Visited Train Strength and Fitness for the first time today and had a great experience. The gym has a big, open space with high-quality machines, and everything is very clean and well maintained. The overall environment really motivates you to push yourself and train harder. Looking forward to coming back!
Unfortunately, my experience with Train SF at Dubai Mall was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness of the showers, bathrooms, and changing areas is far below acceptable standards, especially considering the high membership fees. Most areas are moldy, damp, dirty, and filled with an unpleasant smell — something completely unacceptable for a gym in Dubai Mall. This environment is also a potential health risk. On top of that, the shampoo and body wash provided are extremely low quality, which is shocking for a facility that charges this much. It clearly shows a lack of care for member comfort and hygiene. A gym located in one of the world’s most luxurious malls should maintain much higher standards, but the services provided here are close to zero and absolutely not worth the price. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action, because the current condition is unacceptable.
The gym facilities are fine, and I appreciate the effort to maintain hygiene. However, during one of my training sessions, a cleaner was using a strong chemical solution (toilet cleaner) right next to me. The smell was extremely harsh, and I ended up coughing as it went into my lungs. Cleanliness is important, but so is the safety and well-being of the athletes. Using such strong chemicals while people are training is not appropriate and can be dangerous for the lungs. I would strongly suggest adjusting cleaning practices so that hygiene is maintained without affecting members’ health.
