Excellent Gym in excellent location. Parking is available across the road from the gym which makes it very convenient. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. A towel is offered to every client. Cleanliness is noticeable as soon as you enter. Huge space with the most recent equipment and with a large variety of machines . Lockers are available for use. Dyson hair dryers available. Showers available. Sauna available. Upstairs, a large sitting area with a selection of healthy offerings.
In dubai for me this is one of the best gym you could go. Machines are very good and complete for most of the muscle group exercises. The team overall is very kind. Has very good restaurant. After one year working out here I am very happy. As well my trainer is amazing. Couldn’t be happier
I have been with the gym almost 5 years Recently some bad experiences from the team require to be enhanced as manegment direction 1- some cleaner have bad smell almost I want to vomit . The supervisor of the cleaner must educate the team how to be hygienic and smell good before and during the work . He must add as checklist 2- every time I have food , the cleaner sweep the floor with dust and use harsh chemicals that’s make you stop eating ( this common sense ) ( there are organic cleaner and sweep can be done when there are less people with proper tools ) 3- they closed the breakfast at 11:29 even they don’t serve you even though you are in the line waiting for the egg for breakfast . The solution is ( whoever waiting for food let them have food what they like as if they are in Que or waiting ) this is not a good attitude from management neglected what people like to eat I just want to appreciate the receptionist team as they are the best people to welcome you with smile .
As I'm visiting the UAE for work I wanted to find a good gym and was recommended Train SF. What a amazing facility, great staff and all round pleasent experience... Huge gym full of everything anyone could need, well maintain equipment and kept clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of being shown around the facilty and through the membership details from wish. Great employee and asset to your brand. Definitely will be my go to gym when visiting the UAE
One part I love about Train sf is the fact that only accepts freelance, its a fully equipped gym with new and updated machines, clean and the ambiance makes you pay for year yet you had planned for 3 months.
