Everything is organized and designed with patient comfort in mind. Their level of hygiene is really impressive which makes me feel completely at ease every time. The customer service is exceptional. The team is very accommodating, patient, and always willing to answer any questions. They don’t rush you and make sure you feel comfortable and they take their time to ensure you fully understand every procedure and option. My dentist, Dr. Mehrnoosh and dental nurse, Ana deserve a special mention! They are not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable at all times, which is something I deeply value, especially during dental procedures. You can really feel that they care about your dental health and well-being. Their approach feels honest and thoughtful, never pressured on other unnecessary procedures. What also really touched me was how they treat my children. My son who is usually very scared of visiting hospitals or clinics, felt surprisingly comfortable because of how patient and reassuring they are with him. And even my daughter who isn’t a patient (yet) since she’s still a toddler, was so well taken care of. They kept her entertained with toys, and some of the staff even played with her while we were having our procedures done, just to make sure she wouldn’t feel bored or uneasy. That extra effort really means a lot as a parent. Overall, this clinic goes above and beyond not just in terms of their modern facilities, best hygiene standards and excellent service, but in how they genuinely care for their patients and even their families. We have been going to Tower Clinic for over 6 years to see Dr Meernoush. She is very nice and we are very pleased with the care she provides. I was the first to go and now all my family goes there. The staff at the clinic is always very kind and accommodating. Also the location is very easy to get to. Never had any issues so I would definitely recommend this place.
