I went for gel polish (refill) ,Korean spa (which was an out of the world experience) ,haircut and lash extensions and i must say im over satisfied with the result . I had the Korean head spa and massage with Rahat. It was one of the best spa experiences I ever had. Very relaxing and rahat’s massage is spot on. She is very informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you are in need of good pampering.
I went to this salon as it came highly recommended by somebody I know. Being a professional beautician myself, I thought I’ll have a day off and treat myself. I even took my own products for my keratin treatment as I know it suits my hair type. Much to my disappointment, my hair was still wavy. I still paid with their word that they will correct it on my next visit as my hair needed rest from the treatment. I went in again after 5 days for the correction and they charged me again. I said it was their responsibility to correct it but they said it’s not in their policy to correct a bad job. Furthermore, they didn’t apply acrylic nails properly and to ‘fix’ it they cut my real nails with the acrylics still intact. It was painful and uncomfortable. The pain stayed for days. The pedicure was ok but didn’t come with a proper massage. Absolute waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Go at your own risk.
My manicure was done by a trainee, it took her ages to finish it. It was just gel polish, nothing complicated. After leaving the salon, checked properly my nails and all types of stuff were stuck to them, due to not correctly applied products and not properly baked. On top of that they were all uneven, the colour and also the application. Very disappointing. Went straight back to get it fixed, they “fixing it” for another hr and a half and the results was even more atrocious. Do not recommend.
