Tips and Toes - Dubai Silicon Central

I recently visited this salon and had a mixed experience. I paid 670 AED through the salon app for nail extensions with gel, leg cleaning with color, and they offered a free face mask and a 20-minute massage. Honestly, the free massage didn’t add much value. Later, I had my hair washed, styled wavy, and trimmed. While brushing, I noticed a lot of dandruff and dirt in the comb, which was unpleasant. Overall, I felt the prices didn’t match the service. They try to upsell extras, like scrub and lotion, adding 125 AED on top of the service. It feels more like a business focused on money rather than a relaxing salon experience. The app made booking easy and convenient, but the service itself did not meet expectations for the price. Also, the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and inattentive — I even requested a coffee and had to wait a long time.

This is the most atrocious salon I’ve been to in my life and does not live up to the reputation that Tips & Toes holds in the slightest. Not only was I completely ignored for a good 20 minutes upon entering the salon. They only have up to 15 options for colors. Hence, I opted for French to keep it simple. The technicians in the salon are not even aware of their color options or know how to apply a French mani. The technician went in with the completely wrong base even after I chose from their limited color options, the application was horrible and the thickness of the application was different on each finger. I had to continuously stop her and ask her to repeat. On top of all of this I informed the technician that I need to leave at a certain time and only once I reminded her did she ask for assistance… which her helper did just as bad of a job if not worse. After all of these incidents I informed her that I will not be paying for the horrible service I received today and the technician stopped midway through doing my nails, started crying and I was left in my chair with no update and an incomplete set which I will NOT be paying for. And upon saying this the supervisor argued with me for a good 20 mins about how I should… I’m disgusted at the service in this place and i am disappointed to say this is the last time I will be going to Tips and Toes in Silicon Oasis. I do not recommend it to anyone

I did manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow, and everything was done perfectly. They were very professional, gentle, and attentive to details. The service was relaxing, clean, and very well done. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 💅✨

Amazing experience with Nisha today. I walked in so nervous because someone else had messed up with my hair color. She did an amazing job truly listening for what I wanted, advising me on what would be the best and the result was incredible in the end. I am very very happy with my hair again. Thank you Nisha!
