Here for vacation from the USA. I made a same day appointment and was able to get in very quickly. Janery did my pedicure and it was so amazing! Jeany did my manicure and natural nail overlay and she was so precise and took her time— she does beautiful work!!! Lea did my massage while the other girls were working on my nails and it was so relaxing! I highly recommend this location. The girls at the front desk, the nail professionals and massage specialist are all so kind and welcoming. It is a breath of fresh air. See you all soon. Thank you again.

My second visit and sadly, extremely dissatisfied. I was told when I had a haircut that I could always pop in to get my fringe tidied up. So I thought let me do that and treat myself to a blow dry also. Once in the chair, the hard sell started. We have a special on this set of super expensive productt and i can see your hair needs it abd I will giveyou a treatment for free also. I regused an said I did not want to spend 500AED. She continued.. i will do your fringe for free also. So I agreed aa abd asked her to confirm the total price. However whrbI hot to thendesknto pay, it was more than agreed. V disappointed at being trrated lije this. Will not be back. It’s a shame because I liked Nerisaa who originally cut my hair. But hard sell ruins the experience
I have a been a long time customer at Tips & Toes 5 years and counting and now a member. I love my pamper days and especially love the attention to detail Ms. Shyma shows in her service. My absolute go to place. Highly recommend to everyone to try. They are hygienic, clean sophisticated and have professional technicians on the team and a variety of services to offer 💜
After visiting this salon, I developed a fungal infection on my nail. Management was quick to blame me instead of taking into consideration that the product and application could have caused it. Also, during the massage I was burnt with a hot stone and needed to visit a dermatologist for treatment. I asked for a refund for my membership and services and they refused. The quality of service has deteriorated as well as lack of customer service.
