The girl at the reception extremely rude and arrogant like she pays you not vice versa. We pay for the services. After so many negative reviews she is still there. I told her that the wax they use is not good as doesn’t have a good grip for shorter hair, which other waxes has, it’s not my first time. She said very arrogant “It’s the hair not the wax” . Well it’s your attitude that you lose customers and you don’t have basic customer service skills. As well inside the room there are no towels. Never ever coming back.
