Very disappointed. I’ve been a customer for 3 years, but the last few visits were terrible. The receptionist was disrespectful and literally closed the line in my face while I was speaking, then told me to “go to another salon.” The pricing is also very inconsistent. My 11-year-old sister was charged 30 AED for a very quick eyebrow/upper lip cleanup even though she barely had any hair, while adults were charged less for similar service. Whenever I asked about price changes, the answer was always “because of the war,” which honestly made no sense. Customer service, professionalism, and pricing transparency seriously need improvement.
