I approached Dr. Tiernan after I was diagnosed with Spine Canal Stenosis. By the time I met Dr. Tiernan, my case was at an advanced stage but the decision for a surgical treatment was made only after efforts to treat the symptoms with non surgical method. In the absence of material improvement Dr decided to proceed with surgery. The process was complex but Dr made sure that me and my family members were entirely comfortable by explaining every detail to us. Made us feel entirely comfortable. The day of surgery was extremely exhausting but he was there until late night to give a complete explanation to my family what was done throughout the day. Post surgical follow up was ever so smooth and was coordinating with the therapists. Till date he keeps an eye on me even after an year. The best decision I took in terms of getting my life back. Dr Byrnes completely changed my life. After dealing with neck pain for 7 years, he was able to properly diagnose the problem and successfully fix it through surgery.
