I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Roohinjehan and the rehabilitation team at Thumbay Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre for the excellent care and treatment I received for my Bell’s palsy. From the beginning of my rehabilitation sessions, Dr. Roohinjehan was very professional, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She carefully explained every step of the treatment, facial exercises and made me feel comfortable and confident during each session. One of the treatments involved facial electrical stimulation therapy using a specialized face machine. At first, I was a little nervous about the electric stimulation, but Dr. Roohinjehan handled everything gently and professionally, making sure the intensity was appropriate and comfortable for me. Her approach gave me reassurance and trust during the therapy. I decided to take a rehabilitation treatment package, and over time I noticed significant improvement in my facial muscle movement and recovery. The treatment sessions seemed very effective for my condition, and I truly appreciate the dedication and care given to me during my recovery journey. Her care, compassion, kindness, helpfulness, patience, and professionalism helped my father so much throughout his healing journey. Nurse Vanessa is no different, they both are always punctual, never late, and consistently caring and supportive. Sister Vandana is wonderful as well, she never missed a single dose of my father’s medication and always made sure he was well taken care of. And of course, Dr. Bangha deserves recognition for the excellent physiotherapy sessions. Thanks to his dedication, expertise, and support, my father is gradually regain his strength. I would also like to sincerely thank the supervisor of this team Mrs. Preya for her outstanding leadership, guidance, support, helpfulness, and dedication in managing the entire team so efficiently. Her commitment and coordination truly reflected in the exceptional level of care we received. I am incredibly thankful to the entire team for everything they have done for my father and our family. I had been looking for a special needs taxi service for my bedridden patient and did not know that Thumbay Hospital also provides wheelchair transport services for People of Determination.
