I consulted Dr. Thomas Wynn-Jones regarding breathing difficulties related to a hiatal hernia. Despite a detailed initial consultation, the manual treatment applied was unfortunately far too intense for my condition. This led to an acute worsening of my respiratory issues and caused severe pain in my right rib area, which persists even now—over two weeks after the session. What is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of follow-up care: my written communications regarding these complications and my request for a resolution regarding the fees have remained entirely unanswered. Based on the lack of professional communication and a treatment approach that was inappropriate for my specific medical needs, I cannot recommend this practitioner.
Thomas is an outstanding Ostheopath! He took a lot of time to understand the medical and also personal history of my baby and treated her with incredible empathy, patience and kindness. He knows what he is doing and my baby was safe and in best hands. Her symptoms already improved after the first treatment. Thank you, Thomas!
Dr. Thomas was great for my newborn! His visits were game changers for my c section baby. He helped with relieving tensions and improving gut health. My baby slept better after the very first visit. Highly recommend him for newborns. Also great communication and responsiveness. Always a plus and missing in Dubai.
