Had the best massage at The SPA at Palazzo Versace Dubai ( Rosaline ) is AMAZING. Her technique was so on point, super relaxing but also actually effective. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed. She really knows what she’s doing and made the whole experience feel luxe and calming. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you want a massage that actually hits the right spot
I had the worse experience with my massage as the therapist was massaging me with one hand and not doing any massage techniques I tried talking more than 4 times explaining to her and she just kept ignoring and not acknowledging anything I say , in the middle of the massage I told my sister to talk to the receptionist so they can send another therapist as I was only getting oiled up instead of a proper massage and they told me no one is available, it was such a waste of money and time.
I was unsure of the place based on the up and down reviews but wow this place was amazing. My husband booked a birthday setup for my mother and I. They gave me a bouquet of flowers, a small box of chocolate dates and a 150 aed voucher to use the next time. I even got to keep the balloons. We had the 90 min Swedish massage in a couples room. Don't be in a hurry to leave as you will definitely need time to spend using their facilities. It was beautiful. The sauna, the jacuzzi, rainforest themed showers, warm stone relaxation area. Our spa therapists were Chandi and Remy, both gave the best massages! The girls at the reception were so kind. We felt very welcomed. We then proceeded to the West pool, Amalfi. Our server, Sandeep was very attentive and helpful.
Today I was in the most beautiful place for relaxation and massage in the world. In fact, I was in another world with the massage expert, Marisol, the best worker in terms of treatment.
