I DO NOT recommend getting a GENETIC TEST at this clinic. I had my test done on February 24, 2026, and was told the results would take a maximum of 4–6 weeks, as the samples are sent to the USA (for some reason). Today is exactly 6 weeks, and I still have not received any results. The clinic has been unable to provide a clear timeline and instead keeps sending long, AI-generated WhatsApp messages. It's also worth noting that payment is required UPFRONT on the day of the test, and the price here is significantly higher-about double-compared to other clinics in Dubai offering the same service. I chose this clinic because it's close to my home and assumed that paying more would mean faster results and better service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The service has been average at best, and the clinic did not even inform me about the delay, I had to follow up myself. I will not return and would NOT recommend this clinic to others. I plan to use a different clinic for future tests for my family.

I had the HydraFacial today with therapist Ana and the experience was amazing! My skin feels so clean, fresh and glowing. Ana was very professional, gentle, and explained every step, which made me feel super comfortable. The clinic is beautiful, modern and extremely clean you can tell they really care about hygiene and patient comfort. The reception team was very polite and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxing from the moment I walked in. Definitely one of the best facial treatments I’ve had in Dubai.
