A truly wonderful experience from the start. The salon branch is nice and quiet (when I went)& all the ladies were so lovely and patient and welcoming. I only went for the consultation but just judging from that alone, I can tell that when I return for my treatments I’ll be well looked after. Jasmine was so knowledgeable and helpful to me. I look forward to being her client& can’t wait to go on this hair journey. They also have a calm aesthetic and served me a coffee which was so nice while I waited. 😊

This was honestly my first time experiencing something like this. The girl who did my nails kept complaining about my nail shape and implied that it was the reason the BIAB turned out uneven. I’ve had BIAB many times before and never once had an issue or been told my nail shape was a problem. The prep work and BIAB application were poorly done. The gel had hollow bubbles underneath, and the finish looked uneven. Instead of acknowledging the technique, it felt like the blame was shifted onto me. They offered to redo it with a more experienced technician, which I appreciated. However, having to come back and redo everything wasted my time. Even during the redo, I felt uncomfortable. She kept saying things like “tell me now if you don’t like it” in a slightly tense tone, and was moving my fingers with more force than necessary while fixing the nails. It didn’t feel very reassuring or relaxing. I really wanted to love the service, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing.
This is my second time coming here and once again I left so happy with my nails, they look absolutely amazing. Odessa is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and so kind, she really makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I was also attended by Sara and I absolutely loved her work and her sweet attention. You can truly feel the care and dedication they put into everything they do. I definitely recommend them and I will keep coming back ✨
